In accordance with Texas State Law, please follow the following contribution limits: $5,000 per individual or law firm; $30,000 combined contributions from persons affiliated with a law firm; $300,000 from general-purpose PAC.
Contributions from corporations cannot be accepted. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
The Judge Jim Jordan Campaign will not accept contributions from lawyers, their firms, or litigants with cases pending in his court in close proximity to a hearing or ruling on the merits or other major matter, or who were or are about to receive any fee-generating appointment. In the case of large firms, the campaign will not accept contributions from the firm, its PAC, and any counsel of record on the case, but may accept contributions from other attorneys in the firm, in the campaign’s discretion.
